Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: A 24 hours cancellation policy applies to all scheduled sessions. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full. The cancellation policy will be adhered to in all cases and sessions must be cancelled in writing via email or text message other than in the case of a medical emergency. Session times may not be extended due to lateness; clients who fail to turn up within 30 minutes of a deemed start time unless notified will be deemed to have cancelled late and charged in full.
